Yes, you are exactly correct. If you a little earlier in the chapter at Isaiah 65:18-19 you’ll see that all weeping and crying has stopped.

Isa 65:18 But be glad and rejoice forever in what I create; For behold, I create Jerusalem
as a rejoicing, And her people a joy.
Isa 65:19 I will rejoice in Jerusalem, And joy in My people; The voice of weeping shall no longer be heard in her, Nor the voice of crying.

It is revealed in the book of Revelation that the crying stops AFTER the white throne judgment.

Rev 20:11 Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the
earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no place for them.

Rev 20:13 The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the
dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works.
Rev 20:14 Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
Rev 20:15 And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.

Rev 21:4 And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more
death, nor sorrow, nor crying
. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have
passed away.”

I’d also like to explain the meaning of Isaiah 65:25.

Isa 65:25 The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, The lion shall eat straw like the ox,
And dust shall be the serpent’s food. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain,” Says the LORD.

Wolves are primarily symbols of false prophets, those that teach lies about the Word of God.

Mat 7:15 “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves.

Mat 10:16 “Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents and harmless as doves.

Act 20:29 For I know this, that after my departure savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock.

We are told to NOT eat with these types of people.

1Co 5:11 But now I have written to you not to keep company with anyone named a brother, who is sexually immoral, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortioner—not even to eat with such a person.

As Christ’s lambs we are to eat with those who eat the true bread from heaven, the doctrine of Jesus Christ.

Joh 6:51 I am the living bread which came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this
bread, he will live forever; and the bread that I shall give is My flesh, which I shall give for
the life of the world.”
Joh 6:52 The Jews therefore quarreled among themselves, saying, “How can this Man give
us His flesh to eat?”
Joh 6:53 Then Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of
the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in you.
Joh 6:54 Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him
up at the last day.
Joh 6:55 For My flesh is food indeed, and My blood is drink indeed.
Joh 6:56 He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me, and I in him.

So if the wolf and the lamb are feeding together then this is a time that all have been judged and are now dwelling in unity in Christ.

The same things is being said by the lion eating straw like the ox. Lion’s would typically eat Oxen, but after the white throne judgment when there is no death the Lion eats straw like the ox.

The negative application of a Lion is another symbol for Satan, seeking do devour us. The ox is a clean animal that has a cloven hoof and chews the cud.

1Pe 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring
lion, seeking whom he may devour.

So when the lion eats straw, it has become like the ox. There is now peace and God is all in all.

1Co 15:28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.

Your Brother in Christ,

Mitch

I think it speaks of within, the parts of ourself, that that is carnel, that that Christ will conquer,.Straw speaks of our own works, that that is invaluable, burnable……Satan sits on the throne of God, claiming that he is God. whom the Lord will destroy with the brightness of his coming and the express image of his person…….The Word of God
